& Housing After Dark

Launched in 2022, our Substack Where We Go From Here provides a way for us to experiment with big housing ideas, nudge California housing in the right direction, and feature interesting and important ideas from clients, partners and the housing world. We launched the Podcast Housing After Dark in 2023, to better feature established and emerging housing leaders whose ideas and experience help move us forward as a housing community.

The Substack and the Podcast are primarily our way of contributing to the larger housing community. They are both aimed at housing professionals, or those who are working to become professionals in this space. 

But they also serve a purpose for Schafran Strategies. We feature work we do with our clients, if it serves their interests, and we use it to help potential clients understand our current thinking. The best client relationships are partnerships where we both see value in a project or approach, and this helps you see where we are coming from - and we we hopefully can go from here together.
